site loading speed is not good

Hi
help us here ,we are facing loading issues .
site is loading at poor timing , it was taking at lest 12+ seconds in pingdom tools - http://prntscr.com/925uve
in gt metrix it was at horrible performance - 18+seconds -- http://prntscr.com/925vg8
in google devlopers -- on mobile http://prntscr.com/925vyd
--- desktop-http://prntscr.com/925w8s
some times in google devlopers it was not showing any results
plz resovle this ASAP
