    When installing the theme, my wordpress.org admin page shows errors

    When installing the theme, my wordpress.org admin page shows errors.
    I tried to follow to fix by
    Upload the Installable WordPress file admin area
    Log in to your WordPress admin area.
    Browse to Appearance > Themes.
    Click on ‘Add New’.
    Click ‘Upload’.
    Browse and select the theme zip file to ‘Upload’.
    Upload Via FTP
    WordPress files can also be uploaded manually via FTP.
    Upload the files to /wp-content/themes/ folder on your server.
    Login to your WordPress admin area to change the theme.

    but two ways also failed. The website still shows the errors, and it seems that the theme does not compatible with Wordpress, and it shows errors in any buttons that I chose.

    Please help.

    I have checked and accessed successfully using the account. The log in into is as the file attached.
    I use gg chrome or firefox to access, not sure about the tool you are using.

    Could you please try again?

    Also, I have checked that when I installed the Kuteshop theme, the file will appear in my host in the domain folder.
    That causes the conflict when someone wants to access into wp-admin. I have already removed the kuteshop theme folder from the host, and it is back to normal now.

    Please help access the wp-admin account with the access code in the secret box

    I also could access to your back end dashboard and see that when I uploaded the theme package, then it has the error when activating.
    Pls help me to check again in your php.ini, the elements must be:
    - The PHP version: it must be from 5.6.x - 7.1.x (the lower version is not recommended)
    - Execution time = 360MB
    - Input time > = 100MB
    - memory_limit > 256MB
    - Post max size > 64MB
    then let me know the result ....
