Responsive problem Persists!

Hi Again and thanks for your Update.
1) Responsive problem has solved so so . but there are some problems yet.
when ( left banner ) use at RIGHT it shows blank space and has problem in mobile devices , but when I shifted it to LEFT problem solved.
2) in important resolution 1024*768, it has many problems like ( not showing vertical menu and left banner and very other things )
