    Note, I sent admin access data of the site, until today there has been no help from you parte and the problem remains unanswered, thankfully I am using another THEMA where the features offered WORK, I hope you review your service and the features they offer. They caused me a lot of inconvenience, a delay in believing in their work, and I was without support.
    If possible I would like to be reimbursed of the amount invested.

    The issue has been solved. We re-installed the WPBakery Page Builder plugin for you and now it works.
