    Hello,

    You can go to Theme options to check which of Footer you are using for your site
    Then go to Ovic > Footer Builder > Select to edit for that Footer. If you cannot do it. Please provide me your admin account then let me know how you want to change, I will check then help you

    I am sending you login credentials of website.
    Kindly correct the problem and let me know how you did it.
    The problem is that WP Bakery does not shows any method to edit footer. While footer is shown in website.
    And customisation of footer is not possible using simple WordPress customiser as the option to customise footer blank our after 5 seconds. .

    You have to re-update plugin.

    After your update the mobile version broke and the theme grid structure of the web version also broke. So I am uninstalling and reinstalling the theme from scratch.
    Let us see if that removes all the issue.

    Hi Yame...
    Warm regards of the day...

    It seems your theme is completely broken with WP Bakery editor.
    1. You cannot edit footer with WordPress editor as it vanishes as soon as website loads.
    2. You cannot edit footer with WP Bakery as installing it only blanks out everything.
    Kindly solve the issue as I am unable to use this beautiful work of yours.
    Please find 3 attachment: 2 for footer option disappearing and 1 for WP Bakery blanking out.
