HTML & assets for Biolife template

Hello!
I purchased the Biolife Wordpress template for one of my websites. I love the theme (great job!), but I would like to use it outside the context of Wordpress (my website is not Wordpress based).
Is there a way to get the theme's pages in pure HTML + assets (CSS, JS, images) format, without having to reverse engineer them from the Wordpress theme?
