    Unable to install site as demo

    Hi there,

    I have followed instructions and installed the theme, however, there was no option to install the content on the dashboard and used Ovic plugin to import content and that messed with the site structure as can be seen on the images I sent. Can you tell me how that can be corrected?
    Another question is it possible to use a different footer(i.e footer 3) with demo 1? if so how can that be achieved?

    I see your question. I guess that your importing process might be not completed.

    Of course you can use or mix the footer you want for your site.

    Pls provide me your admin account + FTP. I would like to check then give you the correct answer

    Hi Yame, thanks for getting back to me but as I have stated earlier for security reasons I am unable to provide you with FTP details. I have added the admin details.
    Could you please provide instructions on how to change the footer or how you'd be able to change the footer? Also, no image placeholder on the menu could you please update the site like the demo site?

    Now I also see that you are applying home page demo 01 for your site. So when you want to use Footer 03, just go to Kuteshop > Theme Options > Footer Settings then select one of the valuable footers in the drop down list. http://prntscr.com/ls2jm3

    About image of products not showing, it's quite difficult for me when you do not have FTP or Cpanel. I would like to re-install the theme for you. It will be safe and quick. Also, my coder can check the reason why then fix for you without needing re-install.

    SO, by somehow, if you can provide me your FTP or Cpanel, it would be better

    Hi Yame,

    I have tried activating the footer the way you described but it doesn't work. Is the 'WP File Manager' not enough for you to check what is wrong with the downloaded files?

    Also, I have noticed the 'DEMO 01' under the Ovic Import Demo redirects to a 404 page could that be the reason it doesn't install properly?

    Hi Yame,
    I have re-installed the theme and have a few problems, mainly because there is no guide that can explain the steps needed:
    1 - I am unable to edit the mega-menu (horizontal bar) where can I add the links or edit the images? please see the picture of where I tried to edit and it doesn't make any sense on what needs to be done.
    2 - I am also unable to edit the footer, I could only update the static letters but not the images or links. see the image I tried to edit and it doesn't make sense either.
    3 - Contact form, I have updated to the latest version and now 'reCaptcha' has gone from the menu and disappeared from the form, is this a bug?
    4 - How can I activate the shop pop up that appears at the bottom of the page?
    5 - On the latest deals how can I reset the timer?
    I tried to read the documentation but all pages are non-existent do you have any guides at all?

    Now I cannot check anything, but if you want to edit page with shortcode, please turn on WPBakery Page Builder mode.
    Pls access to WPBakery Page Builder > Role manager, select the Post types is Custom then tick on the boxes of pages that you want to edit with shortcodes http://prntscr.com/lucyi8

    For 1,2 (Mega Shop and Footer 14), please do as my guideline on the previous post then you can solve these.

    5. Reset the timer: You can set again the Sale price dates for your latest deal products

    I Have managed to edit the menus and footer so thank you for that. However, I have some other questions please see below:
    1. Still can't get the re-captcha on the contact form, what can I do here?
    2. Is it possible to hide/remove the shopping cart basket item from the header?
    3. Where/how can I edit both parts of these images (attached)
    4. attached the shop pop (black and white dobby) in red with Santa

    1. Please refer this document to research. This is a plugin, not related to the theme. So it's not because of you updated theme, then the contact form was changed. https://contactform7.com/captcha/

    2. You can do it in ....kuteshop\templates\headers, select the header that you are applying for your site (for example: header-style-01.php) => search for the line of "do_action( 'kuteshop_header_mini_cart' );" then remove this

    3. I see your attachments that you want to edit, but just go to edit of your front page, you will see how the site was built and its structures. You can edit directly in shortcodes

    4. Sorry I do not get what you mean for this point.

    4. On your site demo there is a little banner that pops up on the bottom left side of the site showing products someone bought and how long ago, I have attached a screenshot for you to see. How can I activate that popup?
    5. The search bar on the header, how can I edit it to change the placeholder text and the categories? Also, it doesn't pre-populate suggestions when you start typing, does that need to be turned on somewhere?

    5. You can install plugin Loco Translation. Then translate this sentence in theme. If you cannot do it, please provide me your admin account then I will help you

    Okay I would like to give the complete answer for the number 5:
    - Translate: "I'm searching for ..." and "All Categories" : When you installed Loco translation plugin, then you can go to Loco Translate > Themes then translate these
    - pre-populate suggestions when you start typing: You have to turn on the Instant Search. Pls go to Ovic plugins > Ovic Instant Search then setup. Pls see in this: http://prntscr.com/lzzots
    - The timer that you have on the latest deals would that work with deals less than a week?: Even when you set the latest deals is only one day, it still works. Pls check

    Hi Yame, I've installed the Loco translation plugin but I can't see the link between translation and the list of categories? Can you send a screenshot of the setup? 'All categories' on the search bar is that from products category or a separate list? and if you can change the 'i'm searching for...' can you also show a screenshot of the place to change this?

    OMG, so that's why I told you that please provide me your correct admin account, then provide me the texts that you want to translat, I will check for you.
    In my site, I still translated these texts:
    - I go to Loco Translate > Select theme Kuteshop => http://prntscr.com/m0ev6w
    - Edit the language => http://prntscr.com/m0evg6
    - Search for the text you want to translate then add the changed texts

    => You have to create the categories in Products > Categories. Then all categories will be shown in the fields you asked. In case you already created Categories but it's not shown, we have to check in your site then will give you the correct answer
