Can't import demo content (HOME01)

Dear Support Team,
I have purchased your Theme "KuteShop" and followed the instructions to import demo data as shown in your documentation (tried both ways): "Import data" is not visible in the dashboard and I also installed the wordpress importer plugin, it says it only supports files with 8MB maximum size. The demo file I want to import is for theme 01.
