    IMPORT DEMO button NOT AVAILABLE as shown on video

    we bought the solution +12 months support, and most of the installation went smoothly

    we installed demo_05 template

    but... the import data option does not appear for us, as shown on the video
    so we are stuck to move on

    Hello,

    you are right, something went wrong with the FTP-account we had created for you.
    But we have created a new one. You can find all information in the secret information part.
    We have tested it and this time it works withour our FTP-tool to get access.

    And, if you have Cpanel / FTP, pls provide it also. We need to check PHP version, some configs, and will check in code if needed.

    but OK : please find in secret information access to our PLESK-environment, with access to the related domain

    I cannot access to your back end. I would like to check if you do not have any your own data (products, posts, images,...) I will help you re-install the theme. Pls let me access to your back end then tell me the home page you want to import. And, can I re-set all your site then install from the scratch?

    sorry, I can not understand that three times you say you can nog login at our backend (first time : was indeed a problem, but second and third method we have provided it you it the same as used by our software vendors and for them it works (and we tested you login and password for the 2nd and 3rd method ant it works…. I hope future support will be more efficient...

    About the account, I also sent to my coder to check. Both of us could not access to your account. Might be our location was blocked, or ... something like that, I don't know. But now your site works, it's good.
