    Okay, Thanks

    1) Theme Upload theme: I do not if you customized your site yet. So I would like to send you the method to update theme.
I would like to divide into each case for you:

1 - You customized theme on Parent theme => Of course you are not allowed to update any more. When you update theme, your customization will be lost (On our update version, of course we do not have your customize so your files will be overwritten => Lost)

2 - You customized theme on Child theme => You can free to update theme to the latest version. However, you should backup all your customization files to make the safety by following these steps below:
Step 1: Backup your site( Include codes + Database)
Step 2: From the dashboard>>Appearance>>Theme, you need to activate the default template( Ex; Twenty Seventeen theme)
Step 3: Click on Techone theme and then click Delete( look down in the right). NOTE: DO NOT delete the Child theme
Step 4: Return the dashboard choose Plugins then deactivate the Toolkit, Slider Revolution, WPBakery Visual Composer and delete them.
Step 5: Return the Appearance menus choose Theme >> Add New >> choose your latest theme version >> Install
Step 6: Return the Plugins menus >> New >> and choose the plugin Toolkit (Slider Revolution, WPBakery Visual Composer plugins are the same) >> Install >> and activate them.
Please do it and let me know.

    2) Upload child theme: DONE

    3) Update woocommerce database: DONE

Pls check then tell me your result
    Regards,
    Yame

At the step 3, you said delete Toolkit, Slider Revolution, WPBakery Visual Composer. i delete this plugin and now (in step 6) i can't find toolkit. Help me please

    Hello,

Just because you are not activating our theme, so you will not see Ovic Toolkit plugin.

So pls activate Techone theme then check

Hey, i'm sorry. for example i desgined my site from dashbord (TechOne > Theme Options). From here, İ changed my sites color and menus and footer and bla bla. Let me ask you my question. I costumized all of that in the parent theme and if i update theme, all of that will be lost?

Yes of course. When you customized your site in Parent theme, then update the whole theme, all the old files will be overwritten => of course your customized will be lost.

I have a suggestion for you. You can move all the customized codes from Parent theme to Child theme then update the theme.

Ps: Pls do not forget to backup your theme first
