Fatal error after uploading and activating theme

Hello,
I uploaded the theme from Wordpress admin, clicked Activate and dang! White page with this error message:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION in /home/unicat/public_html/unicatbiju.ro/new/wp-content/themes/kutetheme/inc/widgets/trademark-payment.php on line 207
Backend and frontend both inaccessible. If I delete the theme, everything returns to normal. Please help me with this issue.
