    Import demo option is not available as mentioned in video demo

    No option in wp-admin > kuteshop > Dashboard to import demo
    please do the needful as soon as possible.
    if I try to import demo manually media files are not imported.

    I checked your site already. It seems that that is the css / js so your site is getting messed up.

    If you already added your own data (products, posts, images, ....), please back up all data, then I would like to re-set your site then install the theme for you from the scratch. Then when I finish, you can add again your data.

    I haven't added any data, please reset all data and setup demo for me. Be Careful all my kutetheme data is in hardware folder.

    Can I know how can I set it up myself, as this is my development server and I have to do the same on live server.

    To make the safety during importing process, I used plugin all-in-one-wp-migration.6.67. I just backed up data from demo then import again for your site.
    You can access with admin / 123456 for your site now then change to another account / pw.

    It does not belong the theme, mate.

    When you your importing process is not completed, it depends on some reasons. If it comes from theme, I will not install the theme in my site, include the other clients. I also set the original account for you
