They asked me ftp and wordpress passwords. and page has gone!!
ANd only telling me change the hostin!!

DO not buy from these liarss!!!

You should not say like that. I have activated the default theme (Twenty Fifteen theme), it's slow too. Also, i have guided install some plugins and contact to your host provider, they will check and increase the speed of host( currently your host memory (RAM)is 1GB, it's too small, it should be more than 2GB RAM
