Icon menu disappears on the mobile

When I use the theme in the mobile version (mobile or tablet), the menu disappears when I access any page of the site.
Just enter another page using the version for mobile or tablet, be it products, categories, any page other than home menu disappears and is not displayed. As in the picture
In the green image is the menu appears, but in the image in red when accessed clicked to open another page, suddenly the menu disappears and no longer returns.
I need this to be solved, I would be very grateful.
