The cause maybe by your settings. Did you choose WPBakrey Page Builder>>Role Manager>>Custom Type and check all option yet? Could you please provide your wp-admin account again? Currently i can not access it.

From Dashboard choose TechOne>>Footer Builder>>Choose your footer as screenshot. Please do it and let me know your results.

Thanks! About the home page issues,the cause by you have not update the TechOne Toolkit and Visuall Composer after theme's updated. It works now, please check it.
