    hello, I want to my categories menu like theme demo 1.
    when I select menu style 1, the categories menu wasn't showing like theme demo. when I click the ctg menu then the menu is open.

    I want to show my ctg menu like theme 1 as fixed, don't need to click to show the menu.

    please tell me how can I do this
    I can't find any option to do this...

    Good morning
    In this case, you enter the dashboard choose KuteShop>>Theme Options>>Header Settings>>Vertical Menu Settings>>Vertical menu Alway Open and add you page as screenshot. Please do it and let me know your results.

    To update this plugin, pls follow these steps:
    - Deactivate plugin
    - Delete plugin
    - Re-install plugin
    then you will get the latest version of this plugin. If you cannot do it, pls provide me your admin account, I will do it for you

    Firstly, I would like to remind you that we just support for only one Domain for one client. We don't support multi domains. In case you want to replace the old domain and use a new one, pls make sure that the old one is not available anymore.
    Secondly, your support period was expired. You should extend your support time so that you can get more support from Kutethemes team. This is the term of Themeforest, not ours.
    And the last, you cannot see the other topic in support, it maybe because your support time is not available anymore
