    Loading takes too time in HOME page

    Am using(purchased from ThemeForest) your TechOne theme for my boss’s site: https://tashkilaa.com
    It appears to be that the page is taking too much time to load. If I disable the WPBakery plugin (using the latest paid version), page seems to be loading fine and faster.
    I believe there’s too much DOM elements getting generated and shortcode processing by the WPBakery plugin is causing the speed issue. This is a live website and because of this speed issue, business is going down. Please fix this issue at the earliest. Thank you

    I think that the cause maybe by your plugins, they are conflicted together. I would like to check your site backend but i could not acess it(see the attachment screenshots)

    Please try using some methods below to improve the loading speed:
    1. Install the Autoptimize plugin
    2. Remove unnecessary plugins
    3. Optimize product images
    4. Intstall the WP Super Cache
    5. Contact with your hosting administrator to increase the speed

    I have included new credentials.

    Btw, from the screenshot, I can see that you have included an empty space after "@" symbol in the username of FTP. Probably that might be the reason why the login was not authenticated. Anyway, I have provided the new credentials which is tested and working!

    In case if you are facing any issues with Filezilla, please using some other ftp clients like WinSCP (which am using)

    The cause by the Bluehost, Telr Secure Payments for woocommerce, Ultimate WooCommerce Brands plugins, they are conflicted with theme. Please turn off it and let me know. Also, you should update to the latest theme version, it's Techone 1.4.0

    These are all required plugins! Isn't there a way to avoid the conflict with the plugin than turning it off?

    Already paid 6 month support! And am contacting the author of the theme! Isn't it probably some issue with your theme coding and supposed to fix this?

    Right now, you didn't fixed the issue, instead made it worse by changing all the layouts and content! This is a live site!

    Please update the latest theme version before. Also, it relates to other plugins and i do not support for custom work also that's why you have to connect to customized services or custom by yourself

    I did not do anythings. As I mentioned above, I told you turn off the Bluehost, Telr Secure Payments for woocommerce, Ultimate WooCommerce Brands plugins only. So now, you can turn on it again.

    Don't give false statements! I have the history enabled. And I saw you made the changes to the website! If it was not you, then it might be your support guy, who have the credentials. Because of your theme, am having lot of pain in my head. Paid extra for the support and nothing resolved except it was made even worse! Am definitely gonna post this as a review in themeforest. And never gonna purchase anything from you and never gonna suggest my friends/family as well!

    Simply waste of time and money.
