Hi,
I'd like to add a big banner at the top header, just like th theme suggest.
For a Special Offer or any other announcement
How do I get to set it up?

In this case, you have to custom by yourself because we do not have permission from the author of template (It is copyrighted by the author).

But, aren't you the other?
Is it not part of the theme altogother?
So why is the banner even in the theme?

In this case, you have to custom by yourself or connect to customized services, they will check and help you. By the default of theme, if it's there when the header style's chose then it will be there. I will discuss with my boss and he will remove it.
