    Hello!
    At our website, we have the newsletter popup, but the check to don´t show again that popup do not work..
    I will explain myself.
    Attached you can find a screencapture, with the newsletter popup. Even i check it (several times, all the people have the same issue), the next time i access to the website, it comes/appears again. All the times. How can i do the make the check "do not show again this window" work?

    Umm, about prestashop: ok, i renew the passwords of the prestashop panel. Sorry for all, please check it now (i try again and i can access)
    About FTP: i just access with that info through filezilla, can you recheck please?

    I test your site in my computer and I got the best result. The popup disappears when I tick on Do not show this again

    Hi! Yes, it works when you are in the same session on the computer.
    But if you restart your computer (or turn off today the computer and tomorrow turn on and access again to the website), it will show again.
    That, all days, even if you check several times the checkbox...

    I´m thinking that will be because of the security of our hosting... Where do you live (or access to the web) (country)? By default, i think non-spanish countries are blocked to access to the server. Please tell me which country and i will add it to the whitelist and try with that solution. Do you mind? because if it´s the problem, you could not access neither to the cpanel. I hope that´s work..

    Hello,

    It's done. I tested on my PC, and the others.

    Without clearing cache of browser, popup will not appear again after clicking on Do not show ...

    Pls clear your cache of browser first then check to get the best result
