    when enabling vertical menu on homepage homepage on refresh leads to 500 internal server error.

    furthermore, when enabling vertical menu from kuteshop > theme options > header settings i cannot load the blog page. it leads to error also.

    Did you add your blog page at the KuteShop>>Theme Options>>Header Setting>>Vertical Menu Setting>>Vertical Menu Always Open yet?

    Yes. I have done all the above steps but the error remains. please help. When I activate vertical menu from KuteShop>>Theme Options>>Header Setting>>Vertical Menu Setting and also enabling vertical menu from page I get internal server error.

    i spoke again with my hosting company. they say the error is due to programming bug

    In this case, please upload the kuteshop theme to your host and provide your wp-admin + ftp accounts via secret information area. I will check and help you.

    Your FTP account works but di you change your wp-admin account? I can not access it? Please check and provide me again. Also, May i remove all your demo contents and reinstall from scratch ?
