custom menu with mega menu not scrolling on mobile

Hello, why is the support so bad and it all takes so long. The theme is full with things not working and i am getting frustrated by it!
I have another problem:
The mobile version of custom menu isnt scrolling when Multi menu is open, it closes the menu when scroll down.
Hope to get support fast this time!!!
