Import sample data failed

Hi!

I would like to import https://viztisztitoplaza.hu/wp-admin/admin.php?import=wordpress the attached file, but it return with error. Images couldn't download from server please help me, to download all image to version 02 (https://kuteshop.kute-themes.net/home-02/)

The cause may be by your host config. I would like to check but your FTP account, it does not work. Please check and provide again

FTP address, user, pass is ok for me. Please check again. The website is in public_html folder.

I could not access your site after theme's installed. Please check your host config again and provide me your ftp or Cpanel account.
