    How to activate

    Hi Guys,

    I buy this theme a couple of days ago, but I can't use it because I don't have any license key.

    I just have my Item Purchase Code

    Where and how can I see and get my License Key?

    Hi @diegovlg,

    When you purchased the theme on Themeforest, you do not need to add any license keys, you still get the latest features of theme.
    If there is any updating, we will update on theme, and you can wait for the latest version then update for your site.

    If you have any troubles or problems, please provide me your admin + FTP account, I will check then help you

    Hi Guys,

    Once I install on my server I recive some messages requesting me to activate my licences like Revolution Slider and WP Bakery.

    My site isn't working pretty well... what can I do?

    Your importing process might be error. It was not complete so your site still appears well as in demo.

    If you have Cpanel, pls provide me then I will help you to install again the theme. And, I see that you just have only one product, no posts, no images. Can I re-set all then install from the scratch? It means that your site will be blank with no data. If you agree, pls provide me your Cpanel and tell me which homepage demo you want to import

    Hi Guys,

    I have to change my server, I was on Amazon Lightsail and now on a Shared VPS to make the changes I need.

    But when I try to make some change on my home screen it's shows me an error (404)

    I share my credentials.

    Excuse me, I cannot access to your cPanel. I cannot ensure that this is Cpanel. It may be kind of FTP, right?

    Can you please try again with 69.73.180.151/cpanel and the same credentials?

    This data is the same for FTP... use the IP 69.73.180.151 instead of the domain pls.

    Is it possible to have the site updated?

    Please follow these steps:
    - Deactivate the plugin
    - Delete plugin
    - Re-install plugin
    Then you will get the latest update version of plugin.
