    main menu problem

    hi, a problem occurs when I try to add caregories with " Techone Products" section. The middle and bottom menu turns to white page if I do it. Also Slider do not appears like it does on demo of the theme. please see the attached pictures. thanks.

    I addded products by weecommerce products not with "techone products" section. However if I add techone products problem occurs again.

    That is another problem. if i put /wp-admin it directs to wordpress page. The admin name and password that i provided is correct though. Problem is about home page I guess. maybe some codes are mistaken. Idk. I have to open to the public this website asap. Please help me Kazim. thanks.

    I have checked on my demo, it still works fine. In your case, the cause maybe plugins, they are conflicted together. My coder will check and reply you asap. Also, you should update to the latest theme version, it's techone 1.4.0 before and check your results.

    Hi. still i m having the same problems. techome products section doesnt work. 2. slider revolution doesnt work proparly 3. on home page im switching vertiacle menu's "expand on click" to disable but it goes back to enabla again/ i think the problem is with theme. is there anyway that i can delete everthing and set it up again. but i have almost 550 products on the site. i dont wanna lose them . thanks/

    Q 1: Please check the test page, i have added the techone: products there
    Q 2: You have to build by yourself, you can refer this link: https://www.themepunch.com/revslider-doc/slider-revolution-documentation/
    Q3: The cause maybe by your settings. Please do as screenshot and let me know your results
    - To re-install theme, you should backup your msql + media files. After theme's install, you can import these files again

    Hello mate,

    To update KuteShop theme:
    Step 1: Backup your site( Include codes + Database)
    Step 2: From the dashboard>>Appearance>>Theme, you need to activate the default template( Ex; Twenty Seventeen theme)
    Step 3: Click on KuteShop and then click Delete( look down in the right). NOTE: DO NOT delete the KuteShop-Child
    Step 4: Return the dashboard choose Plugins then deactive the KuteShop Toolkit, Slider Revolution, WPBakery Visual Composer and delete them.
    Step 5: Return the Appearance menus choose Theme>>Add New>>choose your latest theme version>>Install
    Step 6: Return the Plugins menus>>New>>and choose the Kuteshop Toolkit (Slider Revolution, WPBakery Visual Composer plugins are the same)>>Install>>and activate them.

    If you have any questions, pls let me know then I will help you. Remember to BACKUP your database first. But, if you customized your site in parent theme, you are NOT ALLOWED to update theme any more
