The cause by your php version, it's too old. I just updated ti the PHP 7.2. Please Re-install wordpress and theme.

Thank you very much for the answers, I have reinstalled everything again from 0 and nothing, I still have problems to configure the content of the Digital Store demo.

I have been using Wordpress theme for a long time and had no problems installing other themes.

Can you help me please get the correct installation of the demo content 03 Digital Store.
