wp theme kuteshop

hello
i bought your kuteshop theme for wordpress today from envato
it does not work well and i cant change the menus the logo and many more theme like in other themes
please help me cause i cant work on the site now
im waiting for you to answer as soon as possible

I have checked and found that you have not activate the KuteShop theme and install my plugins. May I remove all your demo contents and re-install from scratch? Please let me know, i will help you.

i need to change the menu and many things but its make me error when the theme is installed
so you can do what you need and keep me informed

I have try many times but i could not reset wordpress. Could you remove all and re-install Wordpress (I need fresh wordpress only).

I could not reset your database. Please remove all and install Wordpress only. Also, please provide your Cpanel account because i would like to check your host config before.
