I cannot import a full demo content and i want to refund

For 3 days i am trying to import the demo content but i cannot import the full content .. there are many problems in uploading them so i want to refund .. can you answer me quickly please because my work is stopped ..

We are really sorry for delay reply because we do not work at the weekend. The cause maybe by your host. Could you please provide your wp-admin + ftp accounts via secret information area? We will check and help you.

i want to import all the content and to use the demo number one as same as in shop but demo did not uploaded completely

- About speed of page issues, could you please provide your Cpanel account again? I would like to check your host, it does not work now. On my demo, it still works fine.

-About space in tabs:I have checked in google chrome and mozilla firefox and i found the space in chrome but not in mozilla but i do not know the reason

Also please try using some methods below to improve the loading speed:
1. Install the Autoptimize plugin
2. Optimize product images
3. Intstall the WP Super Cache
4. Contact with your hosting administrator to increase the speed
Please do it and let me know your results
