The Menu is still not scrolling properly when open. The category menu is still not opening either.

Hi, I need to launch my site asap and I cannot until it is fixed. I am losing money every hour that it is not live. Please help me fix the issues with the menu. I have been waiting over a week to even fix the Section Tbas.
