Add to cart behaviour

Hello,
I have a question regarding the possibility to change the "Add to cart" behavior from Woocommerce Settings page. Right now using the Turan theme I am unable to change it, the Woocommerce setting has no effect, I still receive a white Popup message after adding a item to cart. Please advise me about how I can redirect to the cart page after successful addition of the item.

I tried and I got the best result when it loads to the cart page after adding a product

Thanks for your answer, but I already tried it with no effect, it still shows the white popup and adds the product to card with no redirection.
