Why do not you create a new user as administrator or Shop manager ? Please try it and let me know.

is it possible to give only particular category orders access to shop manager? eg. i would like to assign shop manager for each category. he will only see received order & he will work on only that order. particular shop manager will see particular category which we have assigned to him & he will approve the order.

It's impossible because the Kuteshop theme, it's not exist this function. In this case, you have to custom by yourself or connect to customized services, they will check and help you.

is it possible to customize pop up banner? instead of email can i place there mobile number?
