Issues on Fresh Install

I just installed the theme and demo content, followed all instructions and cannot get the theme to look like it should in the demo.

Can I send you my login information to look at it?

I mentioned above that I would like Demo #3, not Demo #1.. The menu is also not working. Can you set up Demo #3 properly for us?

Okay, thank you. Now another quick issue.

Turan > Theme Options > Enable Bottom Header Message

This doesn't work. We've changed and saved it multiple times and it doesn't change on the site.
