Can't Edit Products Page's Sidebar

Hi, something happened and now the default footer component moved to the home page's side bar. Before that there were Kute theme's default PRODUCT FILTER Section with categories and filter options. Now its gone. And i can't bring it back.

That blue edit button has no function at all :/
