KuteShop Products shortcode doesn't work

We have imported the demo content to our staging. After that we tried to create similar pages on our live website. The problem is that kuteshop products shortcode doen't work at all. We were not able to display any product on our pages using it.

Which's shortcode? Could you please describe more detail + screenshot? I think that the cause maybe you have not enable. Please do as the attachment screenshot and let me know your results.
