Changing Stock Display on Front End

Hi,
I want my products to only display "In Stock" and no stock quantity but I still need to put in the stock quantity in the back end,
As you can see, I have selected the option "Never Shows Remaining Quantity" on Back end Woocommerce but the quantity is still showing on the front end.
Please tell me how to fix this
