I have checked and found that you just installed the kuteshop theme, it does not include demo data. May i remove all and re-install from scratch? I will help you.

why dont you install the KuteShop 3.2.x, it's faster and lighter than kuteshop 1.8.1. Also we wont support and update this version in the next time. So you should install the kuteshop 3.x
