Hi aponsn,
In this case, you should turn off the Enable MetaBox Option at the dashboard>>KuteShop>>Theme Options>>Generals>>Main Settings. Please do it and let me know your results.

how to change footer logo . i cannot see anything,, i am just seeing short code..

Hi aponsn,
In this case, you enter the dashboard choose WPBakery Page Builder>>Role Manager>>Post Type = Custom and check all as screenshot.
