HI mate,

- Remove Account in mobile version: DONE. We do it in child theme for you so it will not be lost when you update theme in the future

- Change House icon: you can go to ...themes/biolife/framework folder then search for the file theme-functions.php. Then, see in my attachment below to understand. It will be done in Parent theme, so it will be lost when you update theme. However you can do it again and again after each time to update

- Change text: You can install a translation plugin to translate it. Loco plugin is suggested
