    Updating theme

    Hi,
    I have seen the notification in the back-end of my website saying
    "Require theme ver >= 3.2.1, Please update auto Update Core or Themes for use plugin "Kuteshop Toolkit" ver >= 1.1.5"
    How do you install the new version?
    I tried by downloading the theme again in Envato and install the theme but it fails.
    Please, tell me the steps to follow

    Could you please provide your wp-admin account via secret information area? I would like to check and guide you.
    Also, from dashboard, you can lookup the top of page choose dashboard>>Update theme. After theme's updated(kuteshop 3.2.2), you have to update the kuteshop toolkit 1.1.6

    Sorry, I assigned your the wrong role.
    It should work now
    Please can you remove the video from Youtube
    I also tried the steps with the screenshots, I udpated to 3.2.0 but no theme update appeared on the back end.

    Also,
    Products are not showing on the front end anymore.
    I believe it has something to do with the update.
    As you can see, products should appear on home page next to the main slider "Xmas Last Chance" but don't anymore, and so are the rest of the products

    Hi,
    I can see some works has been going on in the back end BUT now the website is completely broken, missing the WPBakery.
    Could this be fixed soon please? Now my website is only filled with code lines and no visuals

    I have checked and found there are much plugins on your site. Maybe they are conflicted together. I have deactivated theme and some plugins howerver your site gets the HTTP ERROR 500. Please provide your Cpanel or FTP accounts via secret information area. I would like to check your host and fix it.

    It's not point to your web folder. Please check and provide me again. It's better when you provide your Cpanel account. I would like to check your host config.

    You should have access to FTP account now.
    Use the same credentials as provided before.
    And please, let me know when this is fixed
