THREE ISSUES WITH KUTESHOP THEME

Please, I need help on these 3 issues:
1. Banner
2. Simple SEO Setting - DEFAULT
3. Simple SEO Setting - Style 01
I have attached the image.
1. Banner
Even after changing the Banner, it does not apply to all the over the theme/site
Please help and show how it applies
2. Simple SEO Setting - DEFAULT
I cannot find the place to edit. Unlike your WORLDMART Theme which was easy to edit, this is DIFFICULT. Please Help.
Do I need additional plugin(s)
3. Simple SEO Setting - Style 01
I cannot find the place to edit just like Problem No 2. This is DIFFICULT. Please Help.
