    Having issues with my drop down menus on the Shop page left side

    Hi, I am having issues with my drop down menu on the Shop page left side. If you click on the shop tab, you see the category menu on the left side with the arrows pointing down to open a sub categories. but when you open a sub category, then look the arrows are gone, so to open another sub category you need to click back to shop. or if you are on the sub category page instead of going back to the shop tab and clicking , you need to refresh the page and the arrows on the side category menu are back.

    I have checked and got the same problems as you mentioned however it still works fine on my demo: https://kuteshop.kute-themes.net/product-category/digital/accessories-for-iphone/
    In this case, you should update to the latest theme version, it's the Kuteshop 3.2.0 and let me know your results.

    Hi Kazim, I have another issue with the menus, one menu under BEST SELLERS is showing all the sub Categories but the other is showing only one sub category and the sub categories are setup correctly in backend. I have attached screen shots. Thank you for fixing the other issue, it is working!!

    As you attached file above, it does not show the empty categories( your categories do not exist products). Please check again

    Hi Kazim, Please check the screenshot I have attached to see what I am referring too. Side category is showing one sub, but main category is showing all 5 sub cats? I am wondering if there is a issue ?

    Hi Kazim, Ever since your coder fixed the side categories, I now have a sider image (blank Image) on every subcategory. I like that but I am not sure where I can edit the are and place an image? Can you please let me know? I have attached an screen shot to show you!

    H Kazim, I am not understanding what you are trying to tell me. Can you show me in a small video? I don't want to place a slider image on all sub categories , only on the main categories. When I tried to follow your instruction through you screenshot, I am not able to see where this slider image should be placed?

    That is the default of the design and there is no option to turn off it. In this case, you have to custom by yourself or connect to customized services, where they will help you.

    Can you see what you can do for me as I don't want to loose all the work that has already been complete. This issue happened when your coder worked on the site, as we did not see these banners before?     My coders, they just updated in the KuteShop 3.2.0,because it is very useful for promoting your site as the SEO, google ads,.. You should keep this function.

    I have another issue and wondering if you can help me. I would like to place a mega menu on the main top categories on Urban Country Decor, to look like the sample layout and I have tried so many times but cannot seem to set it up correctly? Is there a way to set up a sample or make me a video to help me in placing a Mega Menu on categories Best Sellers, New Products and Shop by room?
