As I see now when you can submit ticket on the support forum, it means that the purchase code is correct and it works.
What is your issue? Please let me know then provide me your admin account, I will help you to check

1. You write that it works in multi languages and currencies, what plugin I must use for this?
2. How does the font change work?, If I make a change then it is not working (Turan theme options).

1. We also use WPML plugin for demo to use multi languages and currencies. This is the paid plugin so it will translate automatically for your site

2. If you want to change font for your site, you cannot change in Theme Options.
We used a lot of fonts for this theme, you can change in .../themes/turan/functions.php folder. However, when you change font in this folder, you will not know the positions that use that font or not
