508 Resource Limit is reached - Wordpress

Hello,
after installing theme and required plugins we get the server error 508 - Resource Limit is reached. In our case it is 25/25.
Any suggestion how to fix problem? Wich plugin could be causing this problem
We have uninstalled the theme for now and I am affraid the problem could repeat after setting it all up.
