Editing Maintenance page

Hi,
I need to edit that page, deleting logo and the text "MODALITÀ DI MANUTENZIONE PER EFFETTUARE LAVORI DI MANUTENZIONE, IL SITO NON È MOMENTANEAMENTE RAGGIUNGIBILE. CI SCUSIAMO PER L'INCONVENIENTE, TI INVITIAMO A RIPROVARE PIÙ TARDI."

I need to have only the background image.

How can I do it?
