install biolife theme

I have installed another theme in wordpress (vegan) and I want to install the new one that buys biolife, but I do not want to lose anything of what I had previously, I also want to import a demo so that everything appears as the demo and then change things. How can I do it? Do I have to do it all over again or can I keep the previous settings?

We are really sorry for delay because we are on vacation. In your case, you can update the Biolife theme override your site( Note: you should backup all your site before) and re-build for each pages as the home, shop,.. pages. Also you can do with a new host and import your previous data.
