    Change Thumbnail's Alt Text

    Hi

    Kuteshop theme is doing really good in our website. But we are concerned about thumbnail's alt text. We wanted to change the alt text of all thumbnails in our website, but unable to do so. Currently the alt text of every thumbnail in the website is "Kuteshop" (please view the attached images). We've tried to change the alt text from image properties in the admin panel and through sql query in the database, but all the thumbnails still showing the same alt text. How can we change the alt text of the thumbnails to something else?

    In your case, you can edit the framework.php file at the wp-content\themes\kuteshop\framework. Please do it and let me know your results.

    Hi,

    Thank you very much for the answer. We can see the change in thumbnail's alt text in our website by directly editing framework.php file. But we are using kuteshop's child theme as well in our website. How can we make changes in framework.php through child theme and secondly can we make image's alt text dynamic (i.e. it will display image's name as alt text automatically.)

    Any help in this regard would be appreciated.

    please create the framework folder in the Kuteshop-Child and backup the framework.php into the kuteshop-child>>framework. Please do it and let me know your results.

    I did the above mention steps but the changes in kuteshop-child>>framework >>framework.php does not reflect in the website.

    It has been changed as we had make changes in wp-content\themes\kuteshop\framework. kindly visit our website as we reverse the changes in that file.
