    Theme installation problems

    We’ve purchased your Turan Theme for our new WooCommerce Website. We are not professionals when it comes to WordPress, but have installed already 4 Themes. Unfortunately, with your Theme, we seem to have problems.

    The Theme is installed, and most of the demo content too. The Revolution Slider doesn’t show, although all other images are showing. See screenshot beneath.
    Also, when I want to change the content in the footer, I get error messages, see screenshot.

    Can you please help urgently? Thank you so much in advance!!! I have attached our license txt so you can see that we really bought the theme..

    thanks for the info, we'd really need to get this solved and working on getting the website live. Would you have an update on when this can be looked at, or, even better, when it could be resolved please? Thanks so much!

    I'll be happy to rate the service, no problem. However, can your coder please look at the Footer FR, as this shows still the same problems? What is the difference between the Footer and the Footer FR anyway? Thank you!

    The reason is that when we translate the demo data in another language to test without installing any translation plugin, the data will be cloned and as you see, it will be generated a name like ... FR (or something like that)
    Don't worry, it does not affect to your site.
    And when I checked Footer FR in your site, I did not see the same error. Have you taken a look?
