Turan Theme: Footer Settings Appear Limited / Unavailable

Hello friends,


I have three questions, with question #1 being most critical for the progress of the website.

#1 - This pertains to the Turan Dashboard area. The Header Settings allow for several changes and customization. When I go to click on the Footer Settings, the options seem very limited and/or unavailable. I am unable to make any changes here or render any results.

Is this a normal function? Should we not be able to utilize the Footer customization here? (screenshot attached)


#2 - Again, pertaining to the Turan Dashboard area. Are users able to use the Visual Composer (WPBakery) on the pages created in the Menu & Footer Builder areas? As it currently stands, all I am able to see is the VS code without the builder/editor.

Is this a normal function? (screenshots attached)


#3 - Do you recommend utilizing a Child Theme with your theme (for when updates are released) as a best practise?


Additional details: Utilizing Turan-02 demo installed. I have tried to re-install the demo as well as other demos and the functionality remains the same. Latest version of the theme is being utilized.
