Problems with theme components

How are you?

I am trying to configure the website, but, some wp-bakery settings is not working.

I have already marked to mantain vertical menu always open, but it is not working too.

Can you help me?

Could you please describe more details with some screenshot? and do not forget provide your wp-admin login +ftp accounts via secret information area. I will check and help you.

I didn't inalled ftp server yet, but I think my screenshots can help to understand.

I using WP Bakery too, but, some configuration like background-color or border is not working.

The cause maybe something's mistake when theme's uploaded. May i remove all your demo contents and re-install theme from scratch? I would like to sure from you.

Could you please provide your FTP account again? Currently, it does not work. I would like to check your host and fix it. By default of theme, it still works fine. ( https://kuteshop.kute-themes.net/product/cute-custom-dresses/ )

It's the same results. It Failed to retrieve directory listing as the picture above

Can you help me one thing? Please delete the Kuteshop and Kuteshop-child folders at the wp-content\themes ? I would like to re-upload it.
