    You can manage them at the dashboard>>products>>categories. Please do it and let me know your results.

    Unfortunately it doesn't display ALL categories in the dropdown menu in the search on front page

    By default of the Woo, it does not show the empty categories. Please add your products into categories and let me know your results.
