    WPBakery not working in Edit Footer

    Hi,
    I can see my WPBakery is activated but when I try to create a footer (and soon a main header), the WP Bakery is not showing at all.
    Please provide me with steps to follow instead of asking me for my wp-admin & FTP accounts
    I will NOT provide these information

    Good morning
    In your case, the cause maybe by you have not enable the WPBakerry Page Builder for footer. Please enter the dashboard and do as the attachment screenshot.

    Hi,
    Thank you for your answer which resolved my problem.
    BUT Amazingly the Kute Shop ToolKit has disapeared and won't get installed anymore.
    Yesterday was working perfectly well.
    I tried to re-install it but keeps on saying "Installation failed" or "plugin already exist ... Installation fail"
    What happened all of the sudden?

    "Plugin not activated. A higher version of Kuteshop Toolkit is needed for this theme. Please update the plugin."
    Yesterday was working more than fine
    How I am supposed to update it?

    The cause by you have not delete the kuteshop toolkit. Please delete it and install again. If it does not, you should to provide your wp-admin + ftp accounts via secret information area. I will check and help you.

    Where can I delete it to re-install it again?
    Please provide a step by step guide as I suspect I might have to do it again in later times.
    I would like to be able to fix these problems myself after purchasing such a theme

    ACTUALLY! I managed to delete and reinstall.
    ALL DONE

    BUT, now that I have activated the Custom for pages in the WP BAkery, when creating a new footer, the WP Bakery is still not showing!
